DC and NY

Posted by Guessedworker on Wednesday, 30 May 2007 00:05.

So the outsider, the Iraq man Wolfowitz just didn’t have the class or inspire the confidence to lead the World Bank on the nine-year trek towards the sunlit, global poverty-free uplands of 2015.  A really rather minor problem with his somewhat unlikely girlfriend, Shaha Riza - just a matter of arranging jobs, steepling pay rises, and “outstanding” ratings in performance reviews, nothing really - has proved fatal.  All a bit of a shock for someone doing probably only what he thought everyone always did.  This time next month the Wolf will be stoically packing away his unused WB-imprinted toilet rolls in his WB-embossed briefcase, and walking out into the DC night a banking giant no more.

Despite pleas from several member-nations for the choice of successor to be thrown open to non-Americans, President Bush announced his man for the job today.  It’s career diplomat turned Goldman Sachs banker, Robert Zoellick.  An administration official said that his dual experience “makes him uniquely prepared to take on this challenge.”

Prepared certainly.

After the Wolfowitz resignation, the man charged with “finding” a successor was US treasury secretary Henry Paulson.  Now Paulson is, some may be surprised to hear, a Christian Scientist.  But the important point is that he is actually Goldman Sachs to the core, having joined the bank in 1974 and succeeded to the post of CEO in the early 2000s.  He has a net worth estimated at $700 million.  Like each of his three previous Goldman Sachs CEOs, Joe Corzine, Stephen Friedman and Robert Rubin, he found the pull of a government appointment too strong and took up the post of Treasury Secretary in June of last year (it was thought at the time that one Robert Zoellick might beat him to it).  Strangely, a former colleague at Goldman Sachs, Bob Steel, has just been nominated as Undersecretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance.

This cosy relationship between money and power has been going on since the days of FDR, when Goldman Sachs then head Sydney Weinberg made the switch.  He argued for other senior executives to follow him in a second career as a public servant, and the trend was quickly established.  It is recognised in the recruiting strategy at the bank, which consciously seeks managers with government experience.

Robert Zoellick - no Christian Scientist, by the way - is such an individual.  It must have been a tough job for Paulson to root out a man with such rare gifts at ... Goldman Sachs.  Among these is a past association with Team Bush, namely that in the run up to the 2000 Presidential Election, Zoellick served on a foreign policy advisory group known as the Vulcans, led by Condoleezza Rice.  Other group members included Richard Armitage, Richard Perle and ... Paul Wolfowitz.  Small world.

But then Zoellick goes back with Wolfowitz, Armitage and Perle well into the nineties.  All three were signatories to a letter to President Clinton drafted on 26th January 1998 by the PNAC calling for “removing Saddam’s regime from power.”  Small, small world.  Just as it is designed to be.

Those Russians

Posted by Guessedworker on Sunday, 27 May 2007 20:00.

If you want to know what happens when normal, healthy people are sanctioned by their government to defend their way of life against leftist hate-groups, go to Moscow:-

Police arrested Russian gay rights activists and British campaigner Peter Tatchell today as they attempted to stage a banned demonstration in Moscow.

Hundreds of ultra-nationalists hurled abuse and attacked the few dozen gay protestors who had gathered outside the office of the Mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov, to mark the 14th anniversary of Russia’s decriminalisation of homosexuality.

Mr Tatchell was punched in the head in front of police and journalists and another protestor was left bleeding from his face after an assault. Riot police eventually moved in to separate the two groups and arrested several far-right protestors.

Nikolai Alexeyev, the organiser of the gay march, and several other protestors, including a German MP, were arrested as they attempted to present a letter to the Mayor’s office signed by scores of European parliamentarians supporting their right to demonstrate.

White Flight, Retreat, Withdraw, Rout or…

Posted by James Bowery on Sunday, 27 May 2007 17:58.

In thinking about Bo Sears’ complaint that the word “flight” implies cowardice, and therefore the phrase “white flight” is defamatory of whites, his offered-up alternative of “ethnic cleansing” fails to satisfy for the same reason that it doesn’t make sense to think of an infection as “cleansing” the body of a victim of the victim’s own cells.  I tossed around military terms like “retreat”, “withdrawal”, or “rout”—each with their pluses and minuses—but the problem, again, is not really military and therefore military concepts don’t really work.  The closest is “rout”, which is a break down of military morale, but again, the “war” being waged isn’t military.  It just doesn’t fit the situation which involves our own military defecting against us.

Our situation is state enforced contamination in the name of “diversity” or what I have called vectorism.

Understanding vectorism requires understanding that we are dealing fundamentally with a theocracy-enforced pandemic situation—not a war.

So what do we call it when people do the best they can given that the government does not allow them to quarantine the vectors, and indeed doesn’t even allow the people to quarantine themselves—actively subsidizing transportation of vectors to any refuges?

What do we call the avoidance behavior of a people while trying to escape a vectorist theocracy’s preached and enforced pandemic?

Lowell podcasts

Posted by Guessedworker on Sunday, 27 May 2007 00:01.

Norman Lowell, he of Imperium Europa and the subject of a very good Renner interview at the end of January, is now podcasting.  He kindly sent me links to his opening English language broadcasts, which are numbers two and four in the series (numbers one and three were recorded in Maltese).

Podcast Number Two explores the Imperium Europa duality idea and clarifies certain misconceptions.  Podcast Number Four explores the concepts of Dominium and Imperium.

Justice for Charlene Downes?  Not yet.

Posted by Guessedworker on Friday, 25 May 2007 19:10.

My thanks to Donna and Sue on the Charlene thread that has been simmering away since March 2006, and to the untangled refusnik named Smith, all of whom have provided “heads-up” gen on the trial now begun at Preston Crown Court of (alleged) burger-bar butcher and paedophile Iyad Albittikhi.

The good news is that the MSM has finally begun reporting Charlene’s fate, locally and nationally.  This is an advance, obviously, on the near-perfect silence that greeted the breakthrough of the initial arrest and commital to trial.  But it remains a cause of journalistic shame that such an exceptional and vile crime against a 14-year old adolescent girl is acknowledged only in the judicial breach, so to speak, and is then accorded a completely unacceptable and thusfar universal shunning of the central feature of the case.

Look, for example, at the headline of the Mail article: Killer joked that he put schoolgirl lover in his kebabs.  Schoolgirl lover?

In the body of the copy we read that prosecuting council Tim Holroyde, QC, told Preston Crown Court:-

Write Your…...... Real Estate Agent!

Posted by James Bowery on Thursday, 24 May 2007 22:38.

The massive flight from diversity having become mainstream business news presents an opportunity for explicating otherwise implicitly oppressed white identity (see Psychology and White Ethnocentrism by Kevin MacDonald for why this is important).  If each person who is about to make a move in order to find a refuge from “diversity” were to write a letter like the following to their real estate agent, we would find very quickly and “mysteriously” that many of the games normally played by Congress against the people would be turned for the people.  When you are waving around a real estate purchase, you are waving around the biggest chunk of change you have.  Use it or lose your country:

_name of real estate agent_:

You may not like this email but it is hard core business.  Read this WSJ article:

http://www.opinionjournal.com/editorial/feature.html?id=110010045

I’m looking at possibly moving to _name of area_ and would like to get some critical data on the demographic trends.

I lived in _name of “diverse” area_ for _number of_ years.  I have experience with demographic transitions.

I’m not interested in moving again only to find it is to an area with a Mexicans moving in.  If that makes me racist, so be it.  It’s my money and my life.  Giving _number of_ years of my life to test the theory that diversity is wonderful should be enough dues to pay for me to have some peace of mind for the rest of my life without being harassed by morally vain hypocrites.  I’ve run into my fair share of real estate agents who like packing houses full of people from Mexico, India, Pakistan, etc.—all of whom form ethnic gangs that local law enforcement and corporate policies simply do not deal with, regardless of the lip service to law and policy—so I’m quite happy to alienate you if you are part of the problem.  If you aren’t, then maybe we can do business.

I’m interested in RECENT information.  The demographic transitions have been so fast that the census data does not represent the current state of affairs.

Also, I’m not interested if the ratio of median wages to median house prices is low, as it is in “diverse” areas.  If I wanted to make like a Latin American land baron, I’d change my name to something like “Rivera” and try embarking on a life of crime and corruption in Los Angeles rather than trying to move to _name of area_.

So, is _name of area_ a reasonable place to move for someone like me or should I look elsewhere?

Sincerely,

_your name_

Palese on the left, and how to deal with it

Posted by Guessedworker on Thursday, 24 May 2007 21:00.

The following little activist’s goldmine was posted four days ago by Steven Palese on the BNP results thread.  Some will have read and admired it.  But I thought it deserved headline status.

Steven is quietly developing and unselfishly distributing around the net activists’ material of high quality.  If enough of it materialises here we will probably have to cache it some place where interested parties can grab a quick fix before staggering back into battle.

Anyhow here, rescued from anonymity and only ever so slightly altered, is the latest from the Paladin of the thread wars.

It’s really a shame that pro-white posters here and elsewhere continue to view the left as a pack of foolish idealists rather than what they are: A coalition of pro-minority bigots busily calculating better ways to extract more group-specific privileges off the backs of white children.

This pro-minority extortion coalition is primarily composed of five groups: paranoid Jews, racial minorities, militant lesbians (the so-called “feminists”) and militant gays plus an army of daydreaming dupes seduced from the majority. Aside from the dupes, members of these minority groups are perfectly conscious of their pariticipation in the coalition and of its objectives; to advance everybody’s group-specific interests against those of the majority. Their cohesiveness, as groups and as a coalition, owes to extensive propaganda aimed at characterizing whites as their common “oppressor” and as their universal scapegoat for all grievances.

That’s what the left is as opposed to what it says it is. Of course, the right is hardly better. The pro-minority bigots operate at the metapolitical level within both the left and the right. The left is dominated to the point it serves them exclusively while the right to the extent it accepts that asserting group interests while white is illegitimate. I say that’s hardly better because, personally, I prefer being attacked from the front to being stabbed in the back.

Bear in mind that by “left” I’m talking about the “new left”, whose evolution is complete in the US and almost done in the UK. I’m not sure how far it’s progressed in continental Europe, e.g. Finland. The measuring stick is the importance of old fashioned worker’s concerns. If private workers and labor unions count for nothing, as in the US, then that country’s left has completed its gramscian long march to become a pure pro-minority extortion coalition that is focalized exclusively on bashing the “white hetero male oppressor”.

Linder at MajorityRadio.  VNN annexes Poland.

Posted by Guessedworker on Wednesday, 23 May 2007 00:08.

Soren interviewed Alex Linder a few days ago, and the result is now on the radio page.  Alex can make strong meat taste like boiled chicken, and a certain degree of editing was needed to calm my prissy English sensibilities.  And my fear of going to prison, of course.

The interview was aimed not at exploring the JQ but at exploring Alex.  The man is an energised, flowing speaker, and genuinely sees the JQ as the problem, if not the only problem.  That isn’t Soren’s view or anyone else’s at MR, and the views Alex expresses are, of course, wholly his own.

But if you listen hard, you will find that the humorous, harshly sarcastic ideologue of VNN is also courageous, honest and true.
